Refunds & Liability
By completing any purchase you show that you agree with all Terms & Conditions as follows:
"Projects" included in your (customer's) package must be used within 11 months (330 days). After 11 months (330 days) all remaining projects or value with be void and forfeit. If the customer (you) finds the final product made by J Pressley Productions (us/we) is somehow unsatisfactory, you may terminate the remainder of the contracted projects and an estimated value for the remainder of the contract will be refunded to you excluding the fees charged for the completed work whether satisfactory or not. Additional fees may be charged to you if not otherwise stated in your package description in addition to your package price for extras, such as, but not limited to, media purchase/download, creation of tangible media for your use, shipping and handling, expedited deadlines, when more than deemed average labor is required to complete a project etc. J Pressley Productions is in no way responsible for misfortunes or unforeseen conditions due to the aftermath and use of our completed products made to be used by you the customer.
